How to Set Up Your MOTIV Profile

Welcome to MOTIV! Once you've created your account, you'll be guided through a few quick steps to personalize your profile and experience.

Setting up your profile helps MOTIV understand what you're interested in, recommend experiences that match your style, and show you what's happening around you.

Step 1: Choose Your Interests

First, MOTIV will ask you to pick a few interests so your feed can be tailored to you.

You'll see options such as Fine Dining, Omakase, Wine Pairings, Yachting, Private Charters, Sunset Cruises, Luxury Villas, Boutique Hotels, Nightlife, Live Concerts, VIP Events, Sightseeing, Museums, Chauffeured Sedans, Airport Transfers, Exotic Rentals, and more.

Simply tap the interests that appeal to you. When you're happy with your selections, tap Continue.

Not ready to choose? You can tap Skip and continue setting up your account.

Step 2: Choose Vendors to Follow

Next, you'll have the option to discover and follow MOTIV vendors.

Following vendors is an easy way to personalize your MOTIV experience and keep the businesses and experiences you're interested in connected to your feed.

Tap Follow next to any vendors you'd like to follow. When you're finished, tap Finish.

You don't have to follow everyone—you can choose the vendors that interest you.

Step 3: Turn On Location

MOTIV can use your location to help you discover experiences near you and plan around where you are.

Tap Enable location if you'd like MOTIV to surface nearby experiences. Your device may ask you to confirm your location permission.

Don't want to enable location right now? Simply tap Not now and continue.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

Once you're inside MOTIV, you can add or update your personal information anytime.

Go to Profile and open Edit profile. From here, you can:

• Add or change your profile photo

• Update your first and last name

• Add an optional phone number

• Review your date of birth

• View your email address

• Tap Save when you're finished

Your profile photo can be uploaded as a JPG, PNG, or HEIC file up to 1 MB, as shown in the app.

You're All Set!

That's it—your MOTIV profile is ready.

The more you personalize your interests and the vendors you follow, the more MOTIV can tailor your experience to what you enjoy.

Now it's time for the fun part: start exploring everything MOTIV has to offer, from dining and nightlife to yachts, stays, transportation, attractions, events, and more.
