Are service fees refundable?

No — platform service fees are non-refundable.

Are platform fees refundable if I cancel?

No — Motiv service fees are non-refundable

What happens if a vendor cancels?

Vendors are responsible for:

How do I become a vendor on Motiv?

Is there a fee to join as a vendor?

There is no upfront cost, but Motiv charges a 20% service fee to all bookings. Vendors can subscribe as an Elite vendor and receive perks like premium listing placement and faster payouts. This can be done by contacting Motiv directly through the contact us portal.

When do vendors get paid?

Vendors receive payouts after:

- within 72 hours of the experience completion. (Vendors can apply as an Elite Vendor for faster payout perks)

Can vendors set their own prices?

Yes — vendors have full control over:

- pricing

- availability

- experience details

Do vendors need to be licensed?

Yes — vendors must:

- hold all required licenses

- comply with local laws

- operate legally

Are vendors responsible for safety?

Yes — vendors are fully responsible for:
