How to Create a MOTIV Account and Sign In

Creating a MOTIV account makes it easy to discover experiences, save your favorites, manage your bookings, and keep everything in one place. MOTIV’s planned user account area includes bookings, favorites, past experiences, and profile settings.

Whether you're new to MOTIV or already have an account, getting started only takes a few steps.

Create Your MOTIV Account

When you try to use a feature that requires an account, you may see the “Sign in to continue” screen. From here, tap Create account.

You can also select Create account from the MOTIV sign-in page.

On the Create account screen, enter your:

1. First name

2. Last name

3. Email address

4. Password — your password must be at least 8 characters.

5. Date of birth — you must be 18 or older to book experiences on MOTIV.

Once you've entered your information, tap Create account.

Want an even faster option?

You can also create your account using Apple or Google. Simply tap Sign up with Apple or the Google option and follow the prompts on your screen.

Already have a MOTIV account? Tap Sign in at the bottom of the Create Account page instead of creating a new account.

How to Sign In to MOTIV

Already registered? Welcome back!

From the MOTIV sign-in screen, enter the email address and password connected to your account. Then tap Sign in.

You can also sign in using Apple or Google if that option is connected to your account.

Forgot your password?

No problem. Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions to reset your password.

When MOTIV Asks You to Sign In

You may be able to explore MOTIV before creating an account. When you select an action that requires an account, you'll see:

Sign in to continue
This action needs a MOTIV account.

From there, choose Create account if you're new to MOTIV or Sign in if you already have an account.

Looking to Become a MOTIV Vendor?

The regular MOTIV account is for customers discovering and booking experiences. If you're a business that wants to list experiences on MOTIV, select “Want to host on MOTIV? Sign up as a vendor” from the Create Account screen.
